What do you like best about the product?
With TeamViewer remote, having the option to switch between Splashtop and Teamviewer is super clutch! With TeamViewer already being deployed with our clients, it makes the connection from Atera to TV makes a "one place connection" convenient. Implementing it is seamless, Supporting our clients makes it convenient in terms of easy access considering we remote in frequently on a daily basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having too many windows tends to make TV crash but other then that, its solid!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Session recording is key to ensuring transparent QA for our clients and technicians.

What do you like best about the product?
This software is easy to use and install and I can use it remotely for different needs. I like that it connects easily and is very convenient and the experience is positive. Moreover, I like the recent updates that have greatly improved the software.
What do you dislike about the product?
TeamViewer is fantastic, but requires a good Internet connection to use it properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Personally for me it adapts to different needs such as remote talking, videoconferencing, remote support, monitoring, screen sharing, for our events and projects and has become a very useful tool for us.

Great technology - horrid company

What do you like best about the product?
Excellent technology, unintuive design, and horrid customer service.

Customer service doesn't care for customers, people are told management cannot be contacted, it's just awful
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer service and people at the company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me to access computers remotely in a managed fashion.

That said, customer service is horrid and causes more issues then it solves.

Easy remote connection with TeamViewer

What do you like best about the product?
This platform is powerful and stable, which is why I like it, and its also the best way for me to connect to multiple computers. I like that it is easy to access with one click and from anywhere, no matter the distance.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only issue was the compatibility with mobile devices and the differences with the desktop version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Overall I can admit that the experience is positive in troubleshooting remote assistants, remote monitoring, screen sharing, videoconferencing and all those solutions that TeamViewer offered us, so I speak positively of this great product for remote communication.

What do you like best about the product?
Teamviewer allows me to connect to a separate desktop for financial computing and allows our accounting to log in as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
clearer definitions of different access levels.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows me to dial into a desktop in my office so that I only have to go into our main office once a week

Time limit for free users.
Sometimes, it just disconnects on its own.

What do you like best about the product?
Setting up TeamViewer is a breeze. Whether I’m helping my parents troubleshoot their computer or assisting a colleague remotely, the process is straightforward.

The remote control experience is buttery smooth. I can navigate the other person’s screen as if I were physically there.

Transferring files between connected devices is hassle-free. No need to rely on clunky email attachments or third-party tools.

Whenever I’ve had questions or needed assistance, TeamViewer’s support team has been prompt and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this time I have no complaints about the usability of TeamViewer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This has helped with correcting software errors.

What do you like best about the product?
The practicality that the tool offers for my field is incredible, it saves me a lot of time with travel and is also very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, even with a good internet connection, access can experience delays and freezes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote access allows me to provide support without having to physically travel to the machine's location. Sometimes these are simple tasks that we can quickly resolve through remote access.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. Super simple to provide customer support via the phone or email. Simply ask the customer to provide the digits for remote connection and you can save hours of time travelling.
What do you dislike about the product?
The new UI being pushed out is not as user friendly as the old UI>
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
TeamViewer is enabling us the ability to solve customer issues without needing to travel directly to the site to fix these problems.
