Easy to use, Fast and of High Utility
What do you like best about the product?
I like its intutive chat and build prompts feature where it gives suggestion to accomplish my task with better and structured way. It also helps me with managing my data and summarizing customer emotions...
What do you dislike about the product?
Language is sometimes a little off or full of jargons which require multiple attempts to get it right.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me with managing my data and synthesizing user response in a more structured and understandable way. Generative AI models are also useful.

What I like best about IBM Watsonx.ai is its intuitive interface combined with powerful AutoAI capabilities. This efficiency allows me to focus more on developing solutions.

One aspect I dislike about IBM Watsonx.ai is that some advanced features can feel overwhelming due to the sheer number of options and settings available, which may be daunting for beginners.

Scalability Issues: Watsonx.ai effectively handles large datasets and complex models, enabling me to work on more ambitious projects without performance concerns.

Been using it for a while. Looks very promising for companies looking to build and use AI models
What do you like best about the product?
I think it's the user-friendliness of the platform that makes it a good one. Also I think there are two more good points - one being the option for customizing the AI models and the other being the fact that it lets you automate things to a large extent.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not sure about it. I think it 'might' be that it is not for absolute beginners. You need to know what Generative AI models are and how they function to be able to get any benefit out of this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I run a marketing agency and I am unsatisfied with the output that current AI models are capable of. Tools like GPT, Claude, etc are powerful and useful a lot of times, they aren't customised for marketeres and copywriters specifically. I am using this WatsonX to build a powerful copywriting focused AI model myself for my agency so I can get better ouput and speed up the process. This way I can increase the bandwidth for accepting more clients into my business.

The platform user experience is by far one of the best user interface.

There should be more intelligent models.

Coding the more mundane task.

Most helpful feathures include auto complete gen ai that it gives and time in which ML model can be trained and tested

Least helpful would be the amount, as from the individual perspective, it's difficult for a student or new employee to afford for a big plan.

Used this to generate identify the use cases of legal documents which in turn helps in consulting the firm, it summarizes the document based on Machine Learning provided
