What do you like best about the product?
Jamf Pro has made deploying Macs easier. I can push updates and manage software easier especially for my enginners.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's complexity makes it hard to use. It has a lot of learning curve. You need another tool to manage non-Apple devices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having our Macs in one centralized location. Seeing all the updates and what laptops needs updates.

Jamf Pro - Best MDM Solution

What do you like best about the product?
Jamf Pro is one of the best MDM solutions out there currently for the Apple ecosystem. It has been a very essential tool in managing, deploying, and updating devices across our whole fleet of devices.

It allows you to use policies, configuration profiles, and automated enrollment to get computer up and running in little to no time. It also allows you to build workflows such as having app installs or update depending on criteria such as newly enrolled, out of date, etc.

The UI is simple to use, easy to understand, and very organized. It allows you to make it as granular as possible when it comes to customization to whatever needs are appropriate for your role and workflow.

I cannot recommend Jamf Pro enough, it's an essential tool for any and all Mac admins, so definitely give it a shot!

I don't think you'll be disappointed!
What do you dislike about the product?
Only downsides to Jamf Pro is some potential add-ons being locked behind some add ons such as Jamf Connect and Jamf Protect, but it makes sense since these are seen as products of their own instead.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jamf Pro is solving the business needs for us when it comes to MDM actions that need to be taken, it has helped immensely!

What do you like best about the product?
We first purchased JAMF because 'reimage me' sunsetted.

We're now 1500+ devices with prestages, config profiles, automated reporting etc.

Our department realizes JAMF is important and here to stay.

It makes our support model top-tier.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price but it's worth every dollar.💵
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Compliance and patching. It keeps us proactive and a step ahead.

Smooth end-user experience. I don't run into any issues from the end user side.

I have nothing bad to say about this. New to using it and so far so good

Helping us to better manage our amc devices. This helps me because I can use my preferred device as opposed to windows

Creating reports and deploying policies and confirmation profiles seamlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mac's would either lose connection to jamf pro or get stuck configuration profiles even though they are checking in properly.
