Game changing, must have anti phishing software for affordable price
What do you like best about the product?
Harmony reduced the number of phishing emails getting to our inboxes by 94%. On top of that there are very few false positives quarantined. The support & training from the Checkpoint team has been excellent. The product has required very little ongoing work to maintain after initial setup

There is no downside to this product's functionality, pricing, or the service you get
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company had seen an exponential increase in the number of phishing emails getting to people's inboxes. We implemented the strictest security policies possible with Microsoft Defender, wrote over a dozen Exchange rules to catch phishing emails, & more but it did not stop the increase in phishing emails which led us to search for a new anti phishing solution. Harmony had the best reviews & within a day of activating it we could see why as the phishign emails stopped. Overally we have seen a 94% decrease in phishing emails & all that was for an extremely affordable cost. Harmony has been a great investment that makes us safer & reduces the amount of time responding to phishing emails.

Smooth Integration
What do you like best about the product?
Fast and easy setup. Was integrated just by signing in. The whole process was fast and smooth. After the initial learning phase it was up and running with no downtime. Simple web interface that is easy to learn and to teach others. The detection is highly accurate and reliable. End users noticed the difference in their inbox almost immediately. They noticed the huge reduction in the amount of spam and phishing emails they receive. Support is helpful and prompt to respond. No high pressure sales pitch and the free trial gives full functionality. The product speaks for itself.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some settings that are obscure. Some users don't like the smart banners because it clutters the emails. There's very little not to like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solved the constant spam and phishing emails that slips through the default Microsoft security settings.
Users are more secure and sees less maliciouis emails in their inbox.
It blocked all the spoofed emails which were huge security risks. It make users more aware of malicious emails and how much they were receiving.

Also the the implementation process is very easy because it is a cloud-based service.

Sometimes the console gets sucked while taking any action from the console.

Using Harmony Email & Collaboration we can protect our data because it detects and protects spam and phishing emails. Also, we can easily integrate this application to the API. It gives complete protection and provides visibility of incidents on the dashboard.

Hello, I have been using this Harmony email security for the last 6 months, and trust me this platform provides you best-in-class email security to ensure zero impact on your security. This is the best option to replace your legacy email security solution with an advance security platform.

It's a pure cloud solution. Integration with API is very easy. Hence we don't need to change the existing email infra. It has a tight integration with office 365.

Price is high., There's no on-premise solution available. Therefore we need to use another solution for an on-premise site which is a big problem.

Email and collaboration security for office 365 is handled by Harmony suite. It gives us one platform to manage and operate within the Infinity portal. It has a superb AI based phishing protection.

What I liked the most was the ease of deployment and integration with our email solution. Also the number of phishing emails we have received since deploying the solution is near to zero.

I did not dislike anything about the solution.

We were receiving a significant amount of spam targeting our executives. Also, since we need to comply with PCI, we can now identify and stop credit card information using email.
