Fast and Accurate
What do you like best about the product?
it is very easy to use, a lot of support from Craig and from the help center. Automatization of all controls and tasks are cool and easy to be sure you are compliant.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes you have issues in connecting in the log in page.

It is helping us to be HIPAA compliant

What do you like best about the product?
We have been using Drata for several years to automate our compliance efforts. As the title suggests, Drata provides simplicity in a complex world of certifications and audits! Finally, for those tasks requiring expert review, the Drata team has a knowledgeable, robust, and diverse team of experts and Customer Success Managers!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing has impacted our ability to achieve our certifications and audits. Of those issues identified, the Drata team has rapidly deployed fixes or addressed matters via their CSM team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating compliance and audit efforts for our team. This has directly translated to a higher fidelity in our certifications and audits while drastically reducing human hours spent in preparation.

It would have been helpful to know in advance that certain features were actually add-ons with additional costs (like trust center)
It would have been beneficial if Drata had communicated the availability and pricing of these add-ons from the outset.
This would have allowed us to make a more informed decision about which features were essential for our specific compliance needs and adequately budgeted for them.

SOC2 compliance
Drata is a CTO's dream!
What do you like best about the product?
Drata makes compliance very easy. The automated tests take a load of work off the CTO's plate to keep the company in compliance. I sleep better at night when I see all green on the dashboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I have not really had any bad experiences with Drata. The product is amazing and the staff has been very helpful.

Drata GRC Platform is Amazing
What do you like best about the product?
Drata has been a great addition to our security posture. The platform is extremely easy to setup and the trust page is great.

The risk management can not download in a .csv format

Governance, Risk, and Compliance are being solved. additionally, the trust page is great for our Sales team

1. A very polished tool with excellent supporting documentation, it is effortless to use, especially given the complexity of compliance.
2. The ability to leverage Drata policies as a foundation and then edit those to include additional requirements or nuances of our business, coupled with the out-of-the-box alignment of those policies to control frameworks and then further alignment to the guidance for evidence and the actual evidence repository makes a very daunting project very achievable.
3. The ongoing monitoring of compliance and integration with our infrastructure partners to auto-collect evidence or flag an issue makes continuous monitoring and maintenance very low effort
4. The DRATA team completed the experience and delivered phenomenal service at every step. Working with our team to onboard onto the platform and then working with us to stay on track with our implementation timeline and goals for compliance.
5. Finally, The DRATA team made introductions to auditors who were familiar with the platform and able to engage with us seamlessly.

There are some infrastructure components that are not auto-monitored, and as a result, we had to submit evidence manually. It's not that much additional effort. These gaps are few and far between, the platform is continuously being improved, and I am confident they will be filled in time.

Allowing us to achieve our compliance goals with minimal investmernt

Drata has made security so much easier for me by gathering all my documents and requirements into a one nice checklist and automated monitoring all in one place.

The document editor was hard to use to make necessary changes because there was no live collaborating edit. It only allowed for one user at a time to make edits.

Drata aimed to solve security compliance for our startup so that we could focus on building tools rather than gathering evidence and proving security for auditors.

Drata's platform is highly intuitive that takes the guesswork out of compliance. The dashboard has various easy-to-understand metrics that allow quick targeting of tasks needing attention.

I can't think of anything I dislike so far; I could reference anything I had issues with in the knowledge base or reach out directly to the Drata team.

A master class in delivering on the sales promise
What do you like best about the product?
Drata was consistent from marketing to the sales experience from Keanu to the customer success experience with Laci to the actual product experience. We have used this experience as a benchmark experience for our products.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have not seen any downside to the product to data. The effort to implement was comparable to preparing for an audit process without Drata.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Drata is providing a single souerce of truth for our compliance and policies. We leverage the ISO27001, SOC2 and Trust Center and see considerable benefrits from removing compliance duplication across standards. The ultimate value is moving from compliance as an annual wake up to real-time compliance.
