One of the most user friendly application ive come across
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use and manage. Very flexible both to use and to administer. Really like the granular level of configuration that it provides.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some programming functions like loops are not available out of the box. Have to have good knowledge of the Workflow/Workview modules to really make full use of the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Document archival was our foundation. Once we created a repository of all our documents in e-form, we automated a number of our processes, even with one-way integration. We have developed Claims, Survey, SMS notification and Procurement processes using Onbase.

Storing all documents physically and retrieving information from that was really very hectic task. However, onbase proved to to be very beneficial in doing all that task.

Auto documents classification and indexation. I found some bugs in product. And those has been fixed..
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There is no auto logout. When open onbase after idle state. It throwing exception error. It could be issue only my organisation level. But I'm not sure

Increased efficiency in A/P - invoices are scanned or automatically imported through email. Invoices are then indexed and routed to the correct cost center approvers, and an audit trail is created showing approval dates.
