Great product requiring minimal manual intervention and operation time
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is great for threat protection. I specifically appreciate that it has been tuned not constantly to give false positives like our previous vendor. It hasn't required much manual intervention or oversight to keep it running and working well. The onboarding profiles provide a function to roll out the deployment gradually. This helps prevent long-term deployment issues and keeps the user base happy. We like that the application requires a cloud unlock key to remove/deactivate, so an attacker cannot disable the product even if the device is compromised and admin access is gained.
What do you dislike about the product?
A more granular update policy for the client agent would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The product solves our requirement for an AV/anti-malware product. It works across both our windows and MacOS fleet with a single product. It prevents us from needing to manage multiple vendor products for AV protection.

CrowdStrike Endpoint Protection

Best Security we can implement at the office!
What do you like best about the product?
I like how it shows the process of when there is an attack and what executable it used, and where it was trying to go. I also like how you can remotely, if needed, shut down a user's computer. You can implement rules and say this executable is safe after w do some research to make sure the executable is safe. The dashboard is also straightforward to maneuver around. We put a sensor on all our Windows laptops and Linux servers, and it's been the best. It is worth having this as our security for our environment because it stops so many malicious attacks. I like how Crowdstrike does send out emails on a daily basis on any new updates going on. They also send out invitation to any training seminars that your employees might need. They are very informative and very worth it attending the training. They have different training on different categories and they send out the powerpoint slides after the presentation. So you can review later if you need to. I have referred back to the powerpoint slides when I am making rules to block certain executables.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I can't say I dislike anything from Crowdstrike. There are different plans but obviously depending on your plan the price goes up but other than that what you get for each plan is good. Honestly CrowdStrike is such a good security software that I can't think of anything to dislike about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have users all around the United States and having CrowdStrike protect their laptops has been essential. We see malicious content being blocked and see when a user is trying to download something they shouldn't be. It is beneficial as we use our laptops daily and we want to ensure that everyone in the office is safe. Crowdstrike has been so beneficial! Crowdstrike has stopped so many malicious attempts that before Crowdstrike, it makes me wonder how vulnerable someone can be. Crowdstrike even gives out training to those who need to get to learn how to navigate the dashboard, make rules, and add devices. They have different categories of training you can go to and they have different time frames for depending where you are located in the world.
Crowdstrike a unified solution
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to deploy with the amazing help of Crowdstrike staff. It has a very small footprint on resources, and the Falcon Dashboard is very intuitive. The reports are of a standard that can be shared with the Exec team and is fully understood.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot say that there is anything that I dislike about this product. It does what it says on the tin!
I continue to look for the next upcoming best-of-breed that is fully supported globally and able to give the business the comfort that Crowdstrick does.
If you find it, let me know.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It covers endpoint/cloud/threat/identity/security and observation. with AI and human expertise. This takes away a lot of the perceived oversight of security required by the business., allowing the business to concentrate on what it does best.
Very trusted and secure Endponit protection
What do you like best about the product?
Implementation of the product is very, very easy. We do not see that much noise in terms of detections and incidents. Integration in other 3rd party tools like virus total and hybrid analysis help in the faster investigation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes in the upgrade process, old sensor versions are not getting uninstalled automatically. So we need to uninstall it manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They have mentioned that it is a windows glitch; they will not be able to provide much help here.

Endpoint Response and Intelligence at Your Fingertips
What do you like best about the product?
Crowdstrike Cloud Security gives a focused view into your environment. Linux, Apple, or Windows devices, all endpoints can be onboarded into one place. The cloud dashboard is easy to navigate and the amount of data that can be derived from each host is immense. Bonus: the event explorer runs Splunk underneath the hood making searching event logs a breeze!
What do you dislike about the product?
Suggestion portal for enhancements can be overlooked as it relies on upvotes. Some menus could be improved for easier searching and filtering of options. Default log retention for hosts is capped and requires a different package for longer retention durations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Need visibility and fast response into our environment which is spread across the globe. Coverage is extended to 24/7/365 follow the sun model with the Falcon Complete offering.
Awesome EDR tool!

The detailed alerts the console provides during investigations are beneficial and make the analysis much quicker. The Crowdstrike response team also is quick to assist and is helpful to the investigation.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I can complain about with the tool or the service. No outages on the UI, great response from their IR team and the tools from the platform are pretty comprehensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visibility on incidents on all our endpoints is a great benefit. The data provided alone for each investigation is beyond beneficial and really separates them from the others from my experiences.
