    What do you like best about the product?
    At its time, it had one of the best in the market security features against cyber threats and had high-quality graphics and video performance. It came with excellent features and customer support of Microsoft.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    It was very expensive to run and maintain for small businesses and difficult to understand and use for first-time users. There were also some compatibility issues with some older software.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    It was great to use for moving to cloud.
