    Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.
    Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator  to estimate your infrastructure costs.

    What do you like best about the product?
    What I like best about Tealium Customer Data Hub is how seamlessly it unifies customer data from multiple sources in real time. The platform offers powerful identity resolution capabilities, allowing us to create a single, consistent customer view across devices and channels. This has dramatically improved the effectiveness of our personalization and targeting efforts.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    While Tealium Customer Data Hub is a powerful platform, there are a few areas that could be improved. The initial setup and implementation can be complex and time-consuming, especially for teams without deep technical expertise.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    With increasing privacy regulations, managing customer consent across multiple platforms had become complex and fragmented. Tealium’s built-in Consent Management Platform (CMP) allows us to centrally manage and enforce user preferences across all touchpoints—ensuring we remain compliant while respecting customer choices.

    Tealium Customer Data Hub provides a centralized platform to manage both server-side and client-side pixels, along with scalability tailored for large enterprises.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Some users feel the interface is too overwhelming, particularly for those without technical backgrounds. Additionally, pop-up windows can interfere with collaborative editing.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Working at a company that manages over 1,000 domains and sophisticated system integrations, Tealium has played a crucial role in resolving numerous integration challenges for us. It has become an essential component of our marketing technology stack.

    Initial setup and integration is little bit complex, requiring a steep learning curve specially for non-technical users.
